How strange,
this is Christians email reply to me on Feb 1,

Hi Michael,

thanks for your interest! Yes, it seems that VST3 is finally picking up speed, so I plan to release VST3 versions over the course of the next few months...

Greetings, Christian

John, do you only have the VU meter or others? Perhaps he's got some VST3s and others yet to update. Otherwise I can't make sense of his own comments.

I hadn't heard of Christian either. Maybe Tony's getting some help?

Mystery solved. Please accept my apologies for confusing matters.

I have recently been examining some of the smaller plugin developers and made some enquiries. Seems I've mixed up the replies to some questions. I've attributed replies incorrectly having mixed up Klanghelm and DDMF. Seems Christian at DDMF is going to update his plugins to VST3's. Nice to know that the Klanghelm plugins are already.

Well that's a big whoops.

Mike are you kidding? Do you think for one moment we didn't know what was going on? You are one of the very finest members ever to be on this forum. Do you think that doesn't count for anything? In fact I'm wondering if even me making this post is uncalled for because its a given that we all deeply respect you. Having a very unimportant mistake that will only be laughed about in the future could require any sort of apology is just par for the course that has always been your style.

Best
John

I will install this weekend and give it a go.........I have had issues with  there plugins not holding their settings (I had to take screen shots) BUT they sounded great.

Have not tried this meter yet but it is a freebie and 64-bit: http://hofa-plugins.de/pages/start_en/4u_en.php

+1 !
I like it very much, because you can drop a wave clip/file on it and it calculates the average loudness values without running it in real time (a time saver).
