Wow. I was hoping Danny would jump in here and give advice but then realized he knows I'm broke and can't afford to pay him $100 ....and they play just like the record. Mesh - I like the idea of us just using the karaoke thing thru the PA and we just act like we're playing MM- I'll suggest Monster Crawfish Pita, that might draw a crowd I have the HD500. It's never broken down on me yet and I've had it for almost a year I have not taken it out of the box yet - How do you plug it in? Did you punch holes in the box and stick the cables in? Cool I won't need to get a gig bag for it!!! How much are you going to charge for it? we all have to remember that Bill's new band is "really used to" the HD500 - excellent point ! I Am used to Line 6. Steve forced me to get the POD X-3 way back when.  With that price AND I Am used to the set up and it has a transposer so I can always play in A minor will help in my decision.

I've still got my POD XT live board. Never let me down once, not in the studio or live. I've always accepted the sounds a pod can make and not worried about the accuracy of any one emulation or another. If the sound is right that's all that matters.
