Problems Getting Upgrade!!

I'm not sure if this is the correct place for my rant, but my patience is running thin with this one.
I have signed in with my SSO, but when I clicked on 'Products,' my previous products & serial numbers don't show only to inform me that "It looks like you do not own any Cakewalk products yet". (Is this some joke, I've used Sonar since Sonar 3 & bought all the upgrades etc).
Also, when I attempted to upgrade to 'Sonar Platinum' and clicked the 'upgrade box' it goes to the shopping cart charging me, not for an upgrade but as a new customer.
Can someone from Cakewalk please sort the problem out sometime soon!!

It sounds like you created a new SSO account rather than upgrading your old store account using your old store account password.

I'm moving this to the Store forum where you will find several other recent threads with the official fix for this problem.

Usually the result of creating a SSO with an email address different from the old store account, see http://forum.cakewalk.com/FindPost/3148924

I've given up! Changed my e-mail address back to the old store account confirmed the change etc. and still no luck.
Can't be bothered to waste any more time and by the posts on this thread I'm not the only one.
Besides, I'm still not convinced regarding the upgrade prices and what happens to pricing when the twelve months runs out, also those who choose monthly payments stand to pay much more a year for the privilege than those who pay upfront.  Look for a new DAW? I may have to.
