I can only echo the appreciation of Craig Anderton. I also have been aware of his contributions for a long time.
 
Also, it looks to me as if Cakewalk has found a good home in Gibson. Most of what has developed since the purchase has been positive (including C Anderton's involvement), and it has happened pretty fast.
 
I've put a lot of money into Twelve Tone / Cakewalk over the years, and a whole lot more into Gibson instruments (a Johnny Smith, five Les Pauls, an SG and a Lucille, not all of which I still have). So far it looks lke a good match.

Yup, I'd have to say the stars have aligned themselves quite marvelously! Having Craig part of the Cakewalk path I've been on since Pro Audio 9, seems like a delightful confirmation that I chose well. The fact that I've been reading his articles, magazines and books (and watching his videos, too!) since he started, just makes it feel like he's a friend I haven't actually hung out with ....yet. Nice, indeed.
