Vocoder help requested.. not sure where to start, anything in Sonar Platinum?

This youtube video inspired me to try out vocoder for vocals.. anything in stock (Sonar Platinum) I can use? If I have to go outside what are the options under $100?
Thanks in advance.
I know Craig mentioned in one of the posts that he goes outside of Sonar for vocoder....

    Is Pentagon included with Sonar Platinum? If so, here is a video on how to setup Pentagon as a vocoder
