Aligning track to top of the window in Platinum

I'm a mostly avid X2a user here, but slowly starting to explore Platinum and I'm hoping that there is an option to help me achieve this simple behavior...

Basically in X2a, when scrolling up or down through different tracks, they always align with the top of the window/track viewing area. In Sonar X3 and Platinum the tracks are now "free" and I actually really really hate it.

Wondering and hoping that there is a setting that allows each track to always align with the top of the window like it is in X2 and has been in every version of Sonar before.

Thanks for anyone who can help out or give me the bad news...

There is no way to disable fractional scrolling introduced in X3. The only way I know to scroll by whole track is clicking the scroll arrows.
