Expansion Packs missing from my account

Expansion Packs missing from my account

I installed Rapture Pro and notice that I was missing 2 expansion packs, E-MU Proteus - Mo Phatt and Proteus Xtreme Lead-1.  They did not appear in the update in Command Center.  I can't locate them in my account, maybe got lost in the CC update.  I have both on DVD.  Is there a way I can install them directly or is this something that I will have to contact support to help with?  I'm am using Platinum.

    To get missing products added to your account see http://forum.cakewalk.com/FindPost/3148924
    In the past products provided on DVD were not available as downloads from your account.
