Video Problem with Metronome Count in

When I'm scoring for a short film, if I have a metronome count in the short will start anyway. The video is also slowed down for some reason. This only happens when I'm recording a track to score for something, but it does make scoring extremely inconvenient. Can someone help me?

    Yes, I believe there's still an issue with video sync when count-in is enabled that originated in X3:
     
    It's not clear whether the OP ever reported it formally as requested. I did not.
