Windows 10/Sonar X2

Forgive me if I've overlooked a previous post on this subject. Just curious if anyone has any information about compatibility issues.

    See this thread for useful information - much of it from folk who are already using pre-release W10 with SONAR.

    How do I install my Cakewalk Sonar 2.0 software on a new Windows 10 machine.   It asked me to install the activex 8.1 drivers, it does it but everytime I go to install the Sonar 2.0 software from the original CD it keeps installing activex 8.1 and saying its not there.   help!

    I'm having the same problem on my new desktop machine, but somehow I got it to install on my laptop last year, which also runs Windows 10.  I can't remember what I did to get it to work.
