Does editing prochannel names create any problems?

Also what gear have the prochannels been modelled on?

You might want to start a thread of your own. This has nothing to do with 3rd party Sonar utilities. You'll get many more folks see your thread that way. Thanks.

There is a link in the first post in the KuPcake entry for further information.
Please use that link or start another thread.

If threads remain specific to a question then searching for answers is possible. If everyone who had questions about the programs promoted here searching for specific answers becomes just that more difficult.

Every now and again I get one of the forum hosts to delete irrelevant posts. I have some sorting out to do and add a new program and when that is complete I will get irrelevant posts removed, mine included.

I encourage everyone to just use this thread to access the resources made available in the first post. And by all means use this thread to recommend a new program or resource. If you have a question about a specific program, start a thread or use the Further information link to contact the developer who will be best able to help you. If there's no Further Information link it means I have no forum or other reference to the developer. Under those circumstances please start a new thread and rely on whatever combined knowledge the forum has.
Thanks.

Has anybody writen an app to help with moving file locations associated with cakewalk programs?  i.e. to change location of dimension pro / rapture samples and cakewalk content folder etc.
Dont trust my registry editing skills!

You may have heard us talking about creating links so that files appea in one place but are actually stored in another.

This requires using a Windows function called make link.

The is a small program available that adds that function to the right click menu. I'll post a link to it tomorrow. I'm on iPad so don't have access to the file or its name.

Check out my Onedrive/Public/Make Link folder using the link in my signature. It contains the Hard Link Shell Extension program (32 and 64 bit) along with the required Visual C++ Run Time Redistributable file (32 and 64 Bit).

HardLink ShellExtension is an application that facilitates the creation of hard and symbolic links just by using the Windows Explorer right-click context menu.

Since that link was scrolled out in the Sonar board and after checking it is in fact exclusively Sonar utility (according to Google, other DAW either have it "build-in" or use VST equivalents), I leave the link here:

Current second beta, unlike the first one, got something which can be called an UI
