Hid a track and now can't find Track manager

I am looking in Sonar power and it says to find Track Manager in View Options menu. I don't have a View Options menu. I have a View menu and a options menu - but it is not in either of those. I list a track and I can't mix until I get it back. I can hear it playing... taunting me!

    You have a View Options menu. Its on the Track toolbar. Click on the down arrow next to the mafnifying glass.

    You can also just press M to get the Track Manager menu.
    You can also press A to show All Tracks.
