Hi,

I would take the late Michael Karoli over Jeff Beck any day of the week. Sorry. I doubt that Jeff would be able to do "Mother Sky" ... any day soon! Or "Bel Air"/"Future Days"

Music is not about notes and chords! My poem is not about the computer or monitor or letters! It's about how I was able to translate it from my insides!

Def the best looking. I saw her last year or whenever it was with Jeff Beck. Anyone who can play with him is TOTL.

Specially nowadays, when he's almost deaf ... which kinda suggests that he has to keep an eye on the hands moving, so he knows what is going on? Otherwise they all follow him, regardless?

I think it would be better if he allowed his band and himself to improvise, but I have a feeling that they would have a really hard time sticking together with him, if he can not hear them properly. Hard to imagine, but would be interesting to see. I'm sure that he has specified little details, like 6 bars here or 8 bars there ... for something extra, but it's hard to tell, otherwise.

Still a talent ... and fun to watch.
