Windows 10 / Platinum - Console View Screen Disappears

I have 2 monitors and for the past couple of months, all of a sudden my Console screen (which I usually keep on my right-hand screen) disappears. the monitor is still on & working - but the console screen has gone away. it hasn't minimized, it is not behind my track view, it has not re-parked itself onto the track view screen. it's gone. if i go up to the top menu "Views/Console View" to toggle it... nothing happens anywhere.
this brings my productivity down to a crawl. has anyone else had this problem - is/was there a fix? if so, please share.
i have a screen print, but i don't know how to attach it - what URL would i possibly use to indicate where the picture is when it's on my desktop? what happened to click and drag or Browse & select? this is the 21st century and things SHOULD be getting easier! yes, i'm an old curmudgeon. (stepping off my soapbox, now)

Can not say I have seen this, as to the posting of pictures that requires server space that cakewalk have to pay for which might explain why they do not want to host pictures.  Use a picture hosting site like Flicker or Photobucket or similar.

Have you tried clicking on the task bar and selecting one of the option there like cascade windows , or show windows side by side, etc.

Those views are supposed to be clamped to visible monitors/coordinates.
In the case where a view is nowhere to be seen, there is a keyboard work around to bring it back.

    Try to open the view.
Press Alt + Space which should cause a menu to appear.
    Choose Move from the menu,
Press one of the cursor(arrow) keys 1 time,
At this point you can move the mouse and the window will snap to the mouse.

You can try the steps with any top level window such as Notepad if you want to practice to get the hang of it.
