Ok if offline, Sonar sometimes goes into demo mode because it cant phone home. You'll hear/see people proclaiming this not to be true but they are dead wrong. I fix this by editing the registry directly and putting the licensing information in manually, after which I reapply the latest patch. This may or may not work for you because I'm not every computer but I hope it helps.

Yep I had to do a offline activation when I installed Sonar Plat 22.8.0.29.  So far all has worked, still got to install Rapture, dimension pro and others. I ran out of time last night.

I hear what you're saying, but my DAW is never online and don't get this problem.

I agree 100%
someone was trying to argue this case with me a few weeks ago and I just didn't respond. its not worth an argument.
