I think I wouldn't bother with using Audiosnap transient markers in this case. I would just copy-paste the 2nd chorus to start at the correct time for the 1st chorus, and then slip-stretch their ends to fit. If you cut out the target range first, you can use snap to Landmarks with Clips checked to get a perfect fit. The stretching will use the Groove Clip stretching alrogithm, but this should be fine for drums. If the tempo for the 1st chorus was higher so you're actually compressing the 2nd chorus to fit, that will give the best result.
If you do want to do it using transient markers, you can lasso all the markers to be stretched, and hold Ctrl will dragging one of them to move them all proportionally. But first you'll have jump through all the hoops to Merge and Lock Markers or Apply Markers across all the tracks so they stay in phase.
