Fading Clips end/Snap to grid not snapping

Good day all,

I thought normally fading clip end would increment fade with snap settings? Is there a setting preference for this, that I may have inadvertently disabled?
I'm pretty sure it was snapping to yesterday, before newest update, but I may be wrong, is it possible update chose to change this in a preference setting? (as some previous updates seemed to change some of my preference settings)
Also finding extending or shortening a clip isn't snapping to increment setting, it seems when zoomed in on track to a (un)certain extent, but starts to snap when zoomed out to a (un)certain extent? (not so with fade, it doesn't snap at all).
Anyone else having this issue?

Make sure Magnetic Strength is set ot Extreme. At some combinations of zoom level and snap resolution, it may seem like it's not snapping if magnetic strength isn't at or near Extreme.

K, thanks, I guess magnetic strength doesn't show up in preferences unless a project is loaded, odd?
Ill see what happens today, Seems it was one click from extreme, should I be checking off snap to closest zero point option?
