In December - The Riffs
Following the advice in this topic, I think I'm finally getting somewhere.. While technically not a real song (These are just riffs in no particular order) I thought it's better to post it here instead of in the original tread. Have a listen

love the mix, the drums sound suitably powerful and guitar tone is great. musically could have come off any early Gothenburg DM album which is very much my thing so big thumbs up from me.

What mainly is missing are vocals.. I, for one, cannot sing. Anyone out here who can sing, grunt, scream? Others wanting to participate in this project are welcome too!

Some great riffs here Erik. I also enjoyed Mistaken too... I might be a producer of boring ambient stuff but I am also a fan of all sorts of metal stuff. cheers andy

You are, just like me, way to humble and unpretentious. Pleione, Aethra etc are not BORING, they are BONE-SHILLING, and would fit on any death/black melodic album anytime! Cheers mate

This is what happens when space-ambience and deathmetal collide. Thought you might like it.

LOL! Thanks, I appreciate your kind comments and I am now grinning from ear to ear haha. Just watching that Eyexist video (song)... Awesome that! I'm a big fan of Meshuggah so I am well accustomed to shouty vocals. If you ever fancy a metal/ambient collaboration, give me a shout cheers andy

synkrotron I'm a big fan of Meshuggah You sir, are sadly not a woman. I'd marry you. synkrotron If you ever fancy a metal/ambient collaboration, give me a shout Sure, one doesn't get an offer like dat every day. Send me your credentials! :-) On another note, the day before yesterday, I came home from work to an empty house, looks like my gf wasn't so keen on me after all. Too bad she took the entire household with her, including towels and whatnot, so unless I want to keep drying myself with a t-shirt, I'm gonna have to start sorting things out here, so don't expect too much progress in the near futur.. Cheers

Some cool riffage going on there. With a bit of work you could make a song of this.
