Template wonderings

Hey!
 
I'm having some difficulties setting up my standard template. Any template kings out there who can tell me if what I want to do even is possible.
 
1. Sonar should start in full screen mode.
2. Control bar should be turned off
3. The Notes tab, should be visible.

    What I did was set my page the way I like it and re saved the Advanced lense. 
    It's pretty cool because finally my projects that were save on a smaller screen open full screen and my layout is very close to how I work these days. Only bug is Console dock opens when  I have saved it as diminished to a tab.
