I really like this theme and want to use it but the thing my eyes don't gel with are the buss effects buttons.  Say you have several effects in the master buss (or any track fx buss for that matter).  The enabled/disabled color are too light. To me they just look different shades of disabled.

I too would like to see greater clarity in the effects on/off buttons. Maybe go back to the orange of the Tungsten theme. I don't think it would detract from your theme, just make it a more positive indication that an effect is engaged.
Also the meters could be made to stand out a little more. I find I have to look really hard to register their movements.
Just some ideas. Overall a great theme which is now my default.
Thanks for the fine work.

To me they just look different shades of disabled.  I tried to edit them myself but I can't find in the theme editor what to edit.  Is it a .png or something else I need to look at?  Even the stock blue/grey enabled disabled would be good.  No sour grapes, I really like the theme.

Are you referring to where the plug-ins sit in the FX bin?  I can take another look at this.

Yes. I too have noticed this. This one small change would make this theme absolutely perfect. Thanks so much for the fine work that has gone into this.

I love the theme, but I wish that you can see the meter peak clearer. It seems very opaque.

For the meters, be sure you have the ver. 2 of the theme, which is currently posted. I did brighten the meters a bit in that version.
