I'm on Windows 10 since the launch and never had a problem.
Most of the time, Windows 10 isn't responsible for the crap, it's the computer manufacturer, the editor of the drivers & the software packages & their (possibly) horrible updates.
Reinstalling the OS should be the last resort, especially with Windows 10.
