Error status 0xc000020 on Sonar X2

Hi I have Sonar X2 Studio running on Windows 10. Everything was fine until a few days ago when I couldn't open Sonar at all and was getting a message that X"Studio/TTSlame.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error - giving error status 0xc000020. Suspecting a Windows update might be the cause I've deleted the latest updates but with no success. I contacted Technical Support who have come back saying essentially thay don't support "legacy" products - so much for customer service and loyalty. Can anyone give me advice on what to do? Should I uninstall Sonar and try reloading it?

    There is an ongoing discussion about this.
     
    Short answer: re-install SONAR, and if you use an anti-virus program tell it to leave \program files\cakewalk alone.


    All else is in doubt, so this is the truth I cling to.
