Convert from demo mode to activated version

I purchased Platinum Pro on a subscription basis in July, 2017. A credit card mix-up cause my subscription to lapse and my version 23.10.0 Build 14 now runs in Demo mode, and nothing can be saved. I didn't realize the mix up until a few days ago. When I tried to renew my membership I got sent to the announcement about ceasing operations.
I have used Cakewalk since the DOS days. I would like to find a way to complete the purchase if my monthly payments could apply toward the full purchase price.
I have a request into Cakewalk support, but no response beyond the automated default response.
Does anyone have any ideas about how I might be able to complete my purchase and/or get my software back up and running?

Make sure you aren't trying to use a version later than what you have paid for, if so roll back to the last version that you paid for perhaps? (Roll back - right click on Platinum inCommand Center, choose roll back, choose version, I think, it's been a long time)
 
Log out of Command Center and back in again (Or log in if not logged in)
 
If you think the you are entitled to the version you are trying to run and still can't, contact suppot.

There was a recent post somewhere hereabouts that stated Cakewalk would grant ownership to monthly subscribers for the version they were currently running, even if they had not paid for the latest 12 months.  So no rollback to an older version should be necessary.

Wow. That is great news. I paid monthly from July thru November. My membership lapsed on Dec. 26. I'm not even sure they were accepting payments by then anyway. Any additionial information regarding how to pursue this would be greatly appreciated... Still no word back from Cakewalk support.

You just have to wait and be patient. There's at least one of these threads a week right now. 
Support is the only answer and they are busy and understaffed or next door in the Pub drowning their sorrows. 
But it seems the good news is they are being generous and handing out activation even if you only paid a few months. 
I guess it was the only solution to a sticky wicket.

HA ha, well you gotta think what it would be like,  If I worked there I would be pizzed and they have no incentive to supply top shelf customer service at this point. 
In the mean time grab a free copy of Home Studio so you can keep working.
