Got a PM from Udemy's FB page to give the information of the instructor violation.  I'm sure that was prompted after a couple of guys from VI Control made posts on their FB page.  The instructor also promises a download of the FL Studio Bible which is only available as a hard copy.

It is time to drain the swamp of the leeches that attempt to take advantage of these technological innovations in education.
 
I applaud the efforts by outfits like Udemy that offer inexpensive training in various subjects, and others such as edX and Coursera, that are succeeding at bringing education to those that don't have the time or money to attend traditional universities or tech schools.  The internet is becoming an equalizer!
 
With edX, for example you can take many of the same undergraduate classes offered on the campus of Harvard or MIT, without paying the tuition.  Many are free, and you can pay for a verified certificate of completion, if desired.

Udemy removed the instructor.

Yeah they got back to me as well and thanked me for letting them know.  And I referred them to this thread as well, did not just tell them so they would have read it all.  I got $5 as a bonus too towards another course.  So it seems they do care and they were nice to boot.

 I wonder if they credited anyone who took the courses.  I got a $5 credit.
