So much ineptness in the world today. They hire somebody to write the copy to put on their website, and it contains contradictory instructions!
 
One paragraph reads to simply download and double-click the installer and follow the instructions, while the next reads to do a fresh install with some qualifying language which is not only meaningless, but adds more confusion.

The installation program is personalized for you and contains all the latest data regarding your license. Please download it and perform a fresh installation of Melodyne, even if perhaps the installation program and the new Melodyne have the same name as your previous one."
