problem with soundcard, read inside for more info

my problem is when i record 1 track its fine but when i try to record a sencond it does record but it also record the previous track i recorded onto track 2 aswell, its hard to explain but if you understand please post a reply and try and help, thanks in advance

    Disable the "What U hear" channel on the card capture (record) mixer

    What sound card are you using? Are you using an external mixer? We need this info...
