reason drums leaking onto guitar track

Hi guys, major question but yet i'm sure straight forward

how do i record drums from reason using rewire and then electric guitar

but when i record the guitar i pick up the drums from reason on the guitar track

how do i stop this? i need to hear the drums to stay in time but want a clean guitar track too.

Also i tried using the metrdrome on sonar and that too keeps on leaking on to the guitar track - please can you help !
