Sonar Parameter Control

Hi everybody i,m using Cakewalk Sonar 4 & i,m very happy with it.
It works just great with my Motu Ultralite
But i just got 1 problem :
I want to control my parameters form my Access Virus KC in Sonar but i can't get those patch names from the parameters from my Virus into Sonar (i want to draw parameter movements)
Can please someone tell me how this works ?
