Anyone use a ROLAND A-30 Controller?


Anyone that uses one, I need your help... I'm trying to make the Upper keyboard mode transmit on any channel other than MIDI channel 1. The instructions in the manual are not that user friendly...

    hey, i use a roland a-30 for gigs and for home studio work...

    ok, so briefly:

    make sure you are editing the UPPER keyboard (EDIT - UPPER)

    then hit MIDI/PARAM followed by the number of the MIDI channel you want followed by ENTER

    you can save your setup as a patch...
