Posting Images

Hi. How do I post images?
I have this proudly displayed across the bottom of my browser.
"File : Either the feature is disabled, or you do not have sufficient permission."
I appear to have to activate something.

    You have to upload the image somewhere else. SONAR forum doesn't provide storage. Then use the [ image ] [ /image ] tags.
