Flood
Flood stage is 15 feet. Water is at 19.1 and going to 24 feet. Grab on to something that floats!

Hi, The water tables here in Portland are like 7 or 8 inches above normal ... that is actually good for this area ... meaning there will be plenty of salmon going upstream ... but bad for Californians visiting the Columbia Gorge, for example. They will complaint about the rain! The rain fall for here is now about 3 or 4 inches above normal, which is great. it's not anywhere near flood, like we had some 15 to 20 years ago, when we had like 4 or 5 inches of rain in 3 days or 4 days, and it was bad, even downtown with the river way up where it shouldn't be. But seeing the Columbia River Gorge watering the plants was awesome, but you could tell the currents were very rough! Not taking my wave runner in there, that's for sure!
Music is not about notes and chords! My poem is not about the computer or monitor or letters! It's about how I was able to translate it from my insides!

Go ask the management what they think they can get for your apartment now.

As long as it floats! It's bad!. It's worse than hurricane Issac. It's worse than when the dam broke in 83'. Everything is underwater and the river is not going to crest till Sunday. I have Becan and coffee

Hello William, thank you for the query. as I am well and dry, albeit my yard is now know as lake Ham! The garage got water in it, but it always does during a heavy rain. I am disturbed by the pictures and videos I see of the damage around us, and reading in the paper this morning how people are waiving away the rescuers . I can understand not wanting to leave a life long house, especially with NO flood insurance. I know a lady off 445 who is trapped by road closures and scared to death, a retired co worker lives off Thibadoux Road and I heard that area was flooded.I am sure your sisters place is wet, hope they are OK. It the second time in my life I was the bridge at Albany covered with water and closed, Old BR Highway was closed by the river there (it always goes under water since its low there) So I am assuming the pontoons on your van were securely lashed and your floating now?

It's bad. The store at the campground is underwater and my sister's house which is 9 ft. off the ground has 2 ft. of water in the living room. I've never seen anything like this since she moved here in 94'.
