I'd like to say the same. Also, I posted a Valentine's Day song over in the song forums. Take a listen. No need to comment (unless you think it's superduperfabulous), just thought I'd pass it along.

I would like to wish everyone a happy Valentines Day (not just the ladies!) and I would also like to say a special happy day for all of the singles out there.  widowed, divorced, all singles, know that this day is not to exclude you because you are treasured as well!

BTW, Child - I didn't get Mrs. Beagle anything like that for today!  no flowers, no candy, no dinner out.

well...yet.    I'm taking her out to dinner this coming weekend - today's not a good day for either of us!

You forgot 'new rifle', or does that come under the heading of garden implement?

I got a card, some flower seeds, a new (used) maroon car (Valentine's car!), AND A NEW CHAIN SAW CHAIN!!!  Ah...what a nice day.

Oh, AND I've gotten to spend about 3 hours in the studio on my latest opus.  And it's a beauty.  Yep...nice day!  :-)

I love those Maroons. Great cars. Did you get the dual overhead cam 4 valves per cylinder 3 liter V6 or the 5.2 liter V8? Or did you get the Ultra Maroon?

OK, I actually know a little bit more about it than the color this time.  (although that's one of the most important aspects of car buying to me.)    lol  It's a Suzuki and it's an SUV and it gets about 20 mpg and it's called a Grand Vitara.

And yes, I always read too fast and get befuddled, and yes, it was dark when I saw it, and maybe you can imagine what I thought it said.  lol

That's the sort of thing that shows somebody is really paying attention.

Ah, St Valentine! The patron saint or hoteliers, restauranteurs and florists.

LoL. This year in Dubai it conflicted with a Islamic hoilday so the 14th was declared a dry night. There were many hoteliers and restauranteurs crying in there sparkeling mineral waters, I can tell you.

Beag...unfortunately, it's a little hard to drive software to town.  :(  And the other car probably needed replacing. And actually, the only software I want now is the Ivory upgrade.  I'll probably get it eventually.  Too busy to think of such things right now...

True.  Those pests are rather elusive though.  Even for those that can actually shoot an arrow where they want it.

But, OK, we've got the food thing figured out.  Do I have to ride my bicycle to church?  Those 2 hills are a challenge, but do-able.  But I have to carry quite a bit of stuff with me, inc. a bass guitar now....
