Seems like the signature footer area has massively expanded. Maybe not in terms of amount in bytes but the in the screen real estate used.

Have you seen your avatar when you switch the forum to "essential only" mode? It's friggin HUGE. It's either a bug in the forum software or you've been feeding it those pills they advertize on afterhours cable tv.

Used to get loads of one-line posts on the list page, each with relevant details. Now, each post takes up 4-5 lines with different font attributes for different lines, so scanning the list is harder - do we need the avatars on the list page? And a whole load of unused space down the middle of the listing - why? The interface is prettier for sure but at what cost to usability... ? My 2 cents.
