Was looking at WFAA's website shortly after and there were some video clips of the trailers; some of them seemed to get pretty far off the ground in relationship to the buildings.  Yes, I saw the traffic as well.  Forney is right next to Mesquite and they got hit pretty hard.  The housing development that got hit is close to our church in Forney.  It pretty much jumped over my suburb though and we are in good shape with no damage.  Thanks for all of those prayers.  The power of those twisters was incredible.

Scary stuff indeed.

Only once before did I see anything like that.

Woodstock ON, 1978...I was at a truck stop at the 401/mill street interchange when this tornado went through...I saw 2 tractor/trailer units get picked up and hurled through the air and land near a small sand pit near said interchange....scary stuff!!!

So, are all of you and your families okay?  Did you hear from everyone you were trying to reach?
