Since I don't eat dairy any more I've taken to eating the simplest of fruit salads - some chopped strawberries, bananas, pears and mangoes. I've found you really don't need cream or yogurt. Once in a while I'll go nuts and mix in a small spoonful of cashew-milk ice cream.

Going vegan on us? ;)

I've cut back considerably on dairy products because of what I think is a very light lactose intolerance which I have been developing for years.

But I can't imagine my life w/o dairy products. I used to drink a gallon of milk a day, eat tons of cheese and yogurt and cottage...

Furthermore, I can't do without the proteins - if not for dairy products, I don't think I could even keep a healthy weight - I don't have the appetite.

So I'm using my light lactose intolerance as a cue - as long as my rather sensitive system doesn't complain, I consider that I'm within acceptable limits.

I also have a light lactose intolerance (excessive dairy is one of the causes of the headaches I used to have).  Now I buy one of those lactose free milks and they taste just the same as normal milk EXCEPT these things last WAAAAAAAY longer (mainly because the lactose is what spoils, makes the milk lumpy and causes it to smell).  This is a really good thing for a single person who doesn't go through a lot of it in a day.  There's nothing that makes you want to hurl more than taking a nice big gulp of milk that's gone bad!

To really "liven things up a bit", put your Task Bar at the top of your 2nd monitor and then next time you boot, forget to turn it on and wonder where the frolicking froglips it is....
