Just ordered through the Cake store (JRR, never replied).
 
Looked at my Cake account and it showed these amongst the X3 Producer stuff (3/24/2014 shows as the latest purchase date......it should be 3/31/2014):

I sent tech support an email right after I posted that and they have sent me an email with a serial number in it, but I've been at work since I received it so I can't get to it yet to see if it works.

Yes......I'm waiting for JRR shop to confirm if the Sonar X3 Explained video is included with their offer (they have it for $84.15)......either way, I'll get it today.

They probably made the mistake of running those servers from the same boxes that the Coffee House is on...

yep - that's what's in mine now.  originally it said "out of serial numbers"
 
I sent an email to tech support and they sent me a serial number directly.  it's still not in my account, but I did get my AD registered, downloaded and installed.

Did you email them through the Cakewalk site or through your personal email?
