Ditto for me RE Peter here and on the IK forum.
RE overdriven organ; my guess would be one of my small (IK) amps on "11" (HA) into the L'otary (a great Leslie). I got the Fender Collection during that group buy and ended up with Orange, SVX, Slash, Metal and Hendrix Anniversary, too! I haven't really worked out which amp would imitate a "pushed" Leslie.
    There are some 147 and 122 Leslie's in there (IK), but I loved what I heard from the PSP video and jumped on it when they offered the introductory price deal. I used to have a 145, too(long gone alas!), so for me, the Leslie is the big part of that flavor. PSP has included the "pushing" option, but I haven't had a chance to mess with it at all, since buying it.

I have about 45 credits and have no idea what to do with them. I've been meaning to demo some amps and pedals for a while, maybe I'll do that tonight.

I have 0 credits and about 45 ideas on what to do with them.

First, I must resist marking the post above mine as helpful - as tempting as that is every time I find myself laughing out loud by myself reading a forum post.
 
Second, I believe there will be some further clarification and details coming and if someone doesn't repost it here I will do my best to circle back to do so.

I dont see a listing for the rotary cabinet plugs, anybody have a link?

In the custom shop, Amplitude, click on the CAB tab, and Rotary is at the bottom of the drop down list.
