If banned, can I still access my purchases?
So, I have an old account. That may have been banned BUT! the problem is I can't access my account to see my old purchases. Sooooooooo if I upgrade I have to pay full price. That's not good. I been using Cakewalk since CW Home Studio 8.

Being banned from the forum does not affect SSO access to your store account. If the banned forum ID predates SSO, at that time there was no link at all between the your store account and forum ID. For products missing from your account see http://forum.cakewalk.com/FindPost/3148924

Okay, so. I got back into the old account. (Apparently I wasn't really banned ). But now, it say "It looks like you do not own any Cakewalk products yet" WHAT!?!?! I've owned CW products from back when they sent you the CD's. So yeah, is there any way to correct that or CW changed the policy and I didn't know lol

Your best bet is to get on the phone with Cakewalk. It would be the quickest way to get your account sorted and get you back in business.

Funily enough I've been banned (don't ask no idea why still a mystery). It does not make any difference.

It may be for misspelling "funnily". Seriously, I can't imagine the Dr. being banned, so many of your posts are really helpful. Thanks, R

If they are working on software which links the Forum and the Store I suspect it will work the opposite of what you are asking for, i.e. you will be redirected to the Store as soon as they sense you have any money in your bank account! R
