The thread title alone will achieve "Hot" status. Reverse psychology at its finest.

Makes me wonder what the OP was really testing. This may be a clever psychological experiment. Think it would change anything if we altered the thread title to read "No, seriously - do NOT read this thread!"?

Jerry: let me know if you want this thread locked or deleted. Or maybe just make the most of it by adding a link to your website.

I dunno.......it seems to be kinda popular right where it is, though personally I'm ignoring it.

In fact I've ignored it many times.

Not right now, obviously, but I'm about to go right back to ignoring it......

Just as soon as I've finished responding to the person who thinks that it has no place here.........

But still posted in it......

Despite being asked to ignore it.

One day this thread will get so long it will rival the "No Notation Fixes!" thread.....

Reminds me of the Seinfeld episodes where they tried to pitch a tv network on a show about nothing <grin>

It's like being told not to think of the colour red.

I suspect it is testing how long before notation fixes and the Mac version get mentioned, even in a thread completely devoid of meaning. The answer appears to be 28 posts.
