Hi Steve,
'In The Bleak Midwinter' would be a good title for a metal tune so I was totally ( and pleasantly ) surprised to hear this beautiful carol.

Very nice, Steve. Very, very nice. And yes, orchestration is a humongous learning curve! My, oh my... But this is just beautiful. About the keys....just grab all those notes and pull down the velocities a bit. That will add a bit of warmth to them. And fiddle with the pedal markings a bit in staff view. It seems like even a millimeter to one side makes a huge difference to making the transitions sound nice. Reverb wouldn't hurt either, like Rik says. Very well done and a great start on your orchestral repertoire! :)

Very nice Strammy! I don't know the actual song but your rendition is lovely.  My only crit is the piano feels very unnatural. Maybe you could humanize it or something?

I really like the job you did on this. I've never heard the song but really like the lyrics. You performance is great. Did you do all the instruments. They really fit in together in the mix. Holy cow, what a great job on this one!!
