Yes but it's veeeeery quiet and if you turn it up loud enough to hear it the forest noise floor is waaay too high.

Yet, if you get the special Arboreal Dampening System (made with Owen's CornedBeef 307 Pine Needle Neutralizer), this can improve your grove's frequency response by at least 20-40%.

The whole concept of chanting in the forest and there's noone to hear is completely null and void within Buddhist understanding, since sentient beings are numberless and the forest has its proportional share of that population. That would even be true if the bit justification is set incorrectly. We're really trying to get beyond the opposites of correct and incorrect, but please try to be correct anyway.

No I'm not. I'm just tired of coming here every once in a while to get some information. Maybe hear some information about project 5. Every time I turn around I think you hear something believable and its just another **** making **** up. It gets really old.

Given how many threads have been here of late about how Project5 is dead, or asking when its coming out, or complaining about how poorly supported it is, or just plain definition trolling, it's inevitable that people will start joking around.

Not defending or condemning this behavior, but I'm honestly not surprised by it.
People are coping with the forum in their own ways. Some get agressive one way or another, and some joke around at yet another thread about Project5 version 3.

At the end of the day, though, one reality is true:
Very few (at most) here know anything about Project5 version 3... it's features, status, or release date... or even if it's to be called version 3... or even if it's coming or not coming sooner or later.
The few people who might... ie, the beta testers... are NOT going to speak about it here, if at all. They can't.

Therefore, if anyone actually posts that they "heard" from somebody "something" about Project5 version 3, they aren't likely serious.
You can rest easy in the knowledge that anything you hear here that sounds "believable" isn't.

That way, there's not confusion or disappointment.

Look guys (particularly those who get tired of silliness)... and maybe gals, too... I would LOVE to know if/when another incarnation of P5 is going to be rolled out. But, I don't know more than anyone else.

Rather than get upset because I think that Cakewalk et al owe me something (they don't) and they won't say anything to appease me... I while away the days/months/years/decades (well, maybe not decades) with those of my forum friends who find enjoyment in sophmoric humor. Since there IS no information to be had about the future of P5, we may has well have some fun while we're waiting.

As a matter of fact, I hereby propose that our new P5 forum motto be, "Lighten Thou Up."

It feels like the incredible funcationality of P5 is being worked into SONAR. But P5 is as useful as ever. I'm still a hardcore fan and user. My remixes have grown by leaps and bounds because of it.

I quite agree that false hope is unpleasant. I don't intend to bring bad news but P5 Version 3 won't come ever....................but if it did (which it won't) it would be nice to see some genuine competition for FL Studio all round,,,

i think there was a documentary that came out a couple years ago called "who killed the electric car?" if i remember correctly, it turned out to be GM. they've made one great decision after another during the course of this decade
