I have been having tons of issues and constant crashing with Sonar Platinum recently ... This post is sounding very related to my issues with my Presonus 2626.
Things have been very solid until this JP release. Lately I open a project and make a couple of stop/starts and boom crash total freeze of Sonar - reboot required. Feeling very much like asio related and somehow tied to JP ... as its been great like I said until recently.
So ... Any chance we could see a patch before the monthly release? As is I have to go backwards 1 or 2 versions to find something stable cause it's unusable right now for my setup.
Check bakers quote above. This is not a new issue with JP. There are quite a few regression issues with it, and some old 'legacy' issues that were never fixed biting back, we are awaiting fixes for and yup I had to roll back a few versions as well.
