He still gets the same adjustments with the scarlett 2i2 and the 2i4, but it is not via Mix Control, it is a more basic GUI fore those 2 interfaces. It also seems to offer a smaller range. Mine goes from 2 to 24? Not sure of the top number but 10ms is in the middle and seems to be the default setting after you install the drivers.

I think "if needed" would be superfluous.
 
My latency is decent but I'd like it lower.
 
Latency would be like faster cars, mo money, wilder women, etc. to audiogeeks?
