Log problem reports and support requests with minimum fuss

Idea came from here.

I want to be able to log into cakewalk store, select either a support request or problem report form, then select the product I am registered with.

That way I don't have to enter any more info. I guess it would suit cakewalk as well for authentication purposes (have probably already thought of it).
