It seems the main thread about Cubase has disappeared from the software section too.

I may be mistaken.  I see a thread out there:

I think that may be the "missing" one.  I went looking the other day and couldn't find it, but it may have been my error -- or maybe it was restored -- or maybe I am hallucinating -- or maybe none of this is real -- maybe we are just actors in a play from another dimension ...

Yeah - I noticed that also. Strange enough all threads about Studio One stay intact and have no problem with "auto spam removal". You could almost think some moderators here have a "agenda" or have investments in Studio One.
If so - I do not get that aggression against Cubase. Could it be because it's an German based DAW?

Well - I have done with this forum. I have no time and don't look forward to try to resurrect these threads the whole time. It feels like being punched in the nose because being helpful. Very ungrateful reward after trying to help as much as possible all these years here.

Good luck to all of you, and see you on the other forums (Steinberg, KVR, Image Line, Gearsluz and so on).

Good.  Then I am not insane.

Or at least this can't be used as evidence that I am insane.  :)

I really doubt that and hope you are not right about this.  If people had such an agenda, they could simply ban such threads outright or purge individual posts that didn't meet their "agenda".  As far as I can see, everybody is doing their best to help one another through a bad situation.  t does seem like a very strange bug though.  It is very common on forums for the OPer to update the initial post regularly, and I have never seen this cause a problem on any other forum.

I don't think anyone has mentioned remote control via iPhone or iPad.

Mixcraft has this covered nicely.  No more screwing around with V-Control or Splashtop.

Each track has built in FORMANT so you can keep your voice/instrument sounding normal.

I thought that people used formant to do things like gender change, or beef up a wimpy vocalist, or make a voice sound alien.  I'm not sure why you would need it to keep things sounding normal.

YMMV

If I increase the pitch of a song I don't want my voice sounding like a chipmunk!
