As before, make the latest Reference Guide.pdf downloadable from here for those who are interested in the product and also for me who prefer the PDF format (which allows me to jump to the page I'm looking for by using the search box) over the web-based help and don't have much space left in the drive.

I looked in local help file Sonar.chm to read up on CWAF Tool - and they refer to online help for that - really odd some decisions made by Cake on documentation.
 
So I am supposed to uncheck "Use Local Help" in preferences just for reading up on that?

I would report the file size discrepancy via problem reporter ...
 
Either way, whether or not the pdf is bundled with other files for download and whether or not the pdf is available to the general public are two separate things to me.  Maybe you can get more traction by separating the requests from each other.

It's because of the various languages involved. Only the version according to your sonar version is installed.

Confirmed. Only the English manuals installed according to the language setting in C3/Sonar.
