FX3 Soundstage was not part of the FX1 or FX2 collections. The FX3 download and serial number should be in your store account. If it is missing see http://forum.cakewalk.com/FindPost/3148924

Keni The VSS 2 is very close to CW's Sound Stage. It even has the same multiple instance that SS had. It does not have the ability to make your own room.

So far Tverb is sounding very good. It has a "real" quality to it that makes it seem better than the above one. Now I have not tried the VSS 2 as it should be used with a large orchestra and an instance on each track.

I will at some point test it out fully. In the end I think because each is a good unique reverb not something that any reverb can do its worth getting both if one can. For now the Tverb is on sale. That makes it a priority. The VSS 2 can wait awhile. Heck I knew about it when it was in version 1. It can wait a little longer.

Thanks Steve...

Yes, I know it's fx3 but I have all three disks together (I believe)...

If I don't find it tomorrow I will contact support and see if it leads anywhere...

Yes, it's always nice to have lots of tools and choices... I hope you like Tverb and I look forward to hearing from you...

So I'm guessing a copy on each track with the same mic setup and a unique location is how it must be used. It would need a different kind of integration to work with a single instance, eh? ;-)

OK...

I lucked out so far...

I found my hard copy of FX3 along with serial number...

Does this require a registration code-reply to activate? If so, I need to do the new contact support thing to investigate it not being listed in my account.... I can't try the install until later today if at all today so maybe someone knows this in advance?

Thanks!

Now I remember...

It won't install... It keeps failing regsvr32...

I notice there is no dll in its folder either...

Anyone know of a workaround?

Win7Pro x64.....

Thanks!

I've been using Cake for about 17 years now and I honestly don't remember this reverb. It sounds very similar to something that I am using a lot though.  That is UA's Oceanway Studio plug.  Multiple rooms and mic choices, all sampled at Oceanway. You can move mics all over and change levels, etc.

It was never included with Sonar. I bought it way when for $89.
