I just checked, mine is a DXi (64 Bit) (Installed from the Sonar install)  In my Cakewalk account, regestered products, it clearly says "Pentagon I DXi"

I suspect the VST is only available if you buy it as a seperate product. From the Blurb in the Cakewalk Shop

Pentagon I gives you the warm, classic sound of the vintage analog synthesizers, combined with the fidelity and precision of virtual instruments. Pentagon I is powerful, and packed with features that offer uncompromised sound quality, with a comfortable and easy layout: all controls are in one panel for instant access; lovely knobs make it easy to record automation changes; unique Voice Modulator expands your creativity; and more. VST and DirectX compatible.

Now - Is the VSTi 64 bit? and does it solve the Valley simulator issues.
