I have Logic. Personally I generally prefer alternative delays to the Logic plugins.
BizDigital's Imperial Delay is excellent.
D16’s Sigismund can do everything a delay might ever be expected to, but it's a beast to configure.
As another way of achieving the same effect it's fairly easy to "build your own" modulation delays. For example but a delay on a bus and use a track send as the input. Set the delay 100% wet, then follow it with chorus, flanging, vibrato or phaser plugins. A fully-wet chorus with high depth after a delay can do some interesting things.
As for high/low pass and other eq, just put an eq last in the chain after the delay, or before it depending on which works best.
