Anyone that have the same issue, can´t update platinum anymore cause my command center is not working , have tried uninstall , remove from %appdata%
 
Nothing happens.

For this issue, I would recommend working directly with Cakewalk support.
 
There could be a problem with the files in "C:\ProgramData\Cakewalk\Command Center." I do not believe anything you have mentioned to fix the problem touches these files.

You could try renaming the file settings.xml in 'C:\ProgramData\Cakewalk\Command Center'. This will force it to create a new one, although you'll have to provide your user name and password again when you restart the Command Center.
 
The stack trace suggests it's having trouble loading the settings, which look like they are in this file.

Those error messages are even harder to understand if written in a foreign language.

Having the same issue. It was working fine until win 10 updated itself today. Now it doesn't work. Windows said it would look for a solution. They apparently don't have one. Downloaded the new version of commander, still doesn't work. Cakewalk said they have been in close communication with windows in the development of win 10. They must have stopped talking :(

I don't know if it is the same issue, but I finally got around to putting Sonar Platinum on my Win 10 machine today and the Command Center is crashing whenever I try to do anything with it.  I do have the latest Win 10 changes that came out today (12/30/15). 
 
Anytime I try to update or install anything Command Center crashes.
