I would cycle power on my router and cable modem. Maybe clear the routing tables or whatever.

I think I need a break from this forum (), as it seems to be going down the wrong way. It should not be necessary, to act (in my opinion) like children. But as I stated in my posts, it is easy to hide behind (amongst other) online "faces". I did not think the SONAR forum would stoop to this level (s). But then again, who am I to speak / write?
I think this is a sad day (for me at least).
All the best to the grown up people here.
To the rest.............................................. (silence)................

Don't go! Take a deep breath and repeat after me:

It's just the Internet.

Say that three times, play some guitar and call me in the morning.

"Installation Files are Corrupt" is the message I keep getting. Last tried at 6am (so all you Yanks should be in bed now and sppeds should be OK !!!)

Slow internet connection (I live in a village) bad weather also slows things down here.

Question : if I download at work, then put the files into the CCC download location after installing, will the correct version show up in CCC ?

Cheers,
Jerry

Edit : persisted and after 5 false starts nailed it. Just the rest now ......

Just an example that this can be a pretty common regional occurrence when different networks are communicating with each other:

So yeah, it can be a combination of certain ISPs' network/DNS and the storage network. It definitely happens, and if it isn't resolved on its own, it's probably best to get your ISP to do some communication tests with the destination network.

Problem is resolved as of this morning!  On all websites where I had problems, plus CCC.  I'm guessing that something with the DNS was finally resolved, but i didn't do anything on my end, unless it took that long for my ISP to reroute the traffic to the new DNS. I know for a fact that OTS' site had a DNS server issue on November 25th, supposedly resolved later that day, but maybe I was trying to go on the "old" pipeline.
Sorry that my post devolved into a bit of argument between forum members; certainly not my intention. I thank all that have responded, too, regardless of point of view, it's great to get feedback and assistance of any type. Looking forward to finishing my downloads of Session Pro and Kingston and get back to work with some new toys to play with.

Yes it should do, that is how I always use to do it, it was much faster as you could download multiple files at once and use as much of your bandwidth at once. I always found downloading from within CCC to be much slower for some reason, odd, but that's how it was.
